How to Use
- Cut the moringa soap base into small pieces
- Melt it slowly in a microwave or double boiler
- Add fragrance oil and stir gently
- Add colour if needed, and mix well
- Pour the melted soap into a mould
- Allow it to cool and set for 1 to 2 hours
- Remove the soap from the mould carefully
- Store in a cool, dry place

To return a product:

- We will check and let you know how to return it.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original box or packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 working days.
No Refunds for:
- Used products
- Items returned after 3 days
- Products without any issue (like “I changed my mind”)
