How to Use

  • Add during the cool-down phase, below 40°C, for best results
  • Typical usage level is 0.5 percent to 1 percent of total formula
  • Mix thoroughly so it spreads evenly through the product
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or wrong when delivered.
  • You send us a return request within 3 days of delivery.

To return a product:

  • We will check and let you know how to return it.

The product must be:

  • In its original box or packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 working days.

No Refunds for:

  • Used products
  • Items returned after 3 days
  • Products without any issue (like “I changed my mind”)
