Order Processing Time

• We pack and ship all orders the same day if the order is placed before 6:00 PM.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.
• Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by SMS or email so you can follow your package.

Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver to all locations across India, including:
• Big cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad
• Small towns and rural areas covered by major courier partners
• If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you right away.

Delivery Time

• After we ship your order, it usually arrives within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
• Metro cities may receive orders faster (within 3–4 days), while remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders — no minimum order value required!
• You don’t need to pay any extra delivery fee. What you see at checkout is the final price.

Delays

Sometimes, delays can happen due to public holidays, strikes, or weather issues. If there's a delay, we’ll inform you.
